What I Have Learnt After Attending Colin Tan's Training - Becoming a Champion Realtor

Recently I have just attended a lesson, which I personally feel that is a MUST-ATTEND-LESSON if you seriously want to become successful real estate agent.
During the lesson, the speaker, Colin Tan, has showed us how to know whether the sellers are genuine sellers and how he manage to get the exclusive listings from them and more importantly, sell them within 3 days!
The whole process is like an art, a complete art. We have scripts, and they are long, we need to memorize and pracitce them... and it is a MUST.
"Good Salesman are the Person Who Can Remember the Scripts," said by Colin Tan.
During the role-play, he showed us the process how he qualified the genuine sellers, how he get exclusive listings and how he managed to fight for his 2 percents commissions and sold them within 3 days!
Frankly speaking, before I listened what he has shared with us, I was skeptical about this. "Sell in 3 days? How can it be done?" After I have watched finished his "act", I know it is possible(well, because I'm not confidence enough, if not I would use "It can be done!" at here.) to sell in 3 days times. It just all about Negotiating!
Negotiating is the most important skill we have to learn if we want to become successful as a real estate agent. Study the scripts! Memorize the scripts! Practise the scripts! Drill the scripts! Rehearse the scripts! Become the Master of Negogiators!
I would study and memorize the scritps. Keep practise until it naturally become mine. I can't wait to let them become mine. Once I am able to get something done because of those scripts, I would share it here again.
